Testicular Cancer Awareness is key in early detections and education of the disease. 2300 men in the Uk get diagnosed with Testicular Cancer every year.
15-40 years old is the most common age bracket for men to be diagnosed with TC. The average age is around 28 years old. Testicular Cancer Awareness in young men should be key.
It is recommended to check your balls in the shower or a warm bath. The warm water relaxes the scrotum so that you can check for any lumps or irregularities to your balls. If you do find anything then it is best to get checked by a GP or consultant. Early detection makes Testicular Cancer very curable.
As a proud patron of It’s In The Bag Testicular Cancer Charity you can find all of the ball information you’ll ever need on their website HERE.

Af presented at our company strategy event in June 2024, representing Trekstock – one of NTT DATA, Inc’s Partner Charities. Af shared with our audience of c450 people his own personal journey of navigating cancer as a young adult and how he has soared to new heights with the help of Trekstock. A truly inspiring and engaging session, which we all took something extremely valuable away from and a message we continue to talk about and share. Af brings incredible energy and great humour, captivating and energising his audience and delivering a memorable event. Af’s story reminded our people of the importance of mindset and the communities around us and how we soar together.
